Greenwood Acres, Blakeslee, Pennsylvania is a private, residential community located in the heart of Poconos. Property owners include full-time residents, part-time residents, long and short term rentals, and owners of undeveloped land. All property owners are members of the Greenwood Acres Property Owners Association, Inc. a non-profit corporation with a Board of Directors and Association Officers. The community includes 2 playgrounds, outdoor pavilion, 32 acre lake with a beach, fishing dock and more for the use of property owners and their guests.

Transparency is a core value of our community. All approved board meeting minutes, financial statements, and annual reports are archived in the 'Document Library' for members to download and review.
What is the process for architectural modifications?
Permits are required for all new property structures and property modifications. A permit application is submitted to the Architectural Review Committee for approval.
How are annual POA dues determined and paid?
The Board of Directors reviews the annual budget to cover the Association's operating costs, capital improvements and reserve funding. Payments can be made via credit card or ACH through the secure PayHOA online portal. Or by bank bill pay, check or money payable and mailed to GAPOA, PO Box 37, Blakeslee, PA 18610
